1. No Returns Accepted

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

2. Shipping Time

Sport Supplements

• Preorder Notice: Sports supplements, including but not limited to Whey Protein, Whey Isolate, and BCAA, are classified as preorders.
• Wait Time: Please be aware that the preparation and processing time for sports supplements is 65 days.

Gummy Products

• Shipping Period: Gummy products will be shipped within 7 days of order placement.

3. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of our website will be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury.

4. General Terms
